Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced service manager to lead the auto service team, schedule technicians, and ensure excellent customer interactions. You will oversee hiring, training, and adherence to quality standards while driving sales and maintaining store operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ongoing automotive training to deliver superior service and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in auto service and technician supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication.
• Ability to recruit, coach and lead technicians.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing automotive training.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions for satisfaction and retention.
• Primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Manage paperwork, transactions, and store policies adherence.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interaction and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to boost revenue.
