Qualifications

• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving and handling customer complaints.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Valid automotive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing all interactions.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Develop understanding of business operations in the automotive service environment.
