Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is hiring a Service Manager/Lead to oversee auto service staff, coach technicians, and ensure top‑notch customer service. You will coordinate parts, training, and scheduling while driving shop efficiency and sales performances in a fast paced environment.

You will lead a team, manage inventory and scheduling, and apply quality standards to deliver reliable vehicle service and strong customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• Minimum 1 year in service manager or service writer role.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in auto repair.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff by skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
• Lead front/back shop coordination to drive revenue and efficiency.
