Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks a Service Manager to lead the auto service team, coach technicians, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will supervise hiring, training, and retention while facilitating parts and service coordination to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience is required.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving for customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Oversee customer service needs and liaise between technicians and customers.
• Hire and train auto service staff; ensure retention and quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Ensure seamless store operations and adherence to policies.
