Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced service leader to manage auto service teams, coach technicians, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at Bridgestone stores in Missouri. You will oversee hiring, training, and daily operations, while driving sales and ensuring quality of service.

With a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for first-time hires, the role offers a pathway to advanced ASE certifications and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem solving and customer communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians and lead teams.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have a valid automotive driver's license to test drive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and handle inquiries and feedback.
• Facilitate communication between back and front shop to drive sales and efficiency.
