Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager to lead auto service teams, coach technicians, and manage customer relationships. You will coordinate scheduling, staffing, and training while ensuring quality service and adherence to standards across the store.

Responsibilities include overseeing hiring, driving customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between front and back shop to optimize revenue.

Qualifications

• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license to test drive customer's vehicles.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and front/back shop communication.
