Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced service manager to lead auto service teams in Kansas City. You will supervise technicians, coordinate scheduling, and oversee training and performance to deliver outstanding customer care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years auto service technical experience required.
• 1 year service manager or service writer experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach others; strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsabilidades

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Understand front/back shop operations to improve efficiency and revenue.
