Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a capable Auto Service Manager to lead technicians, coordinate parts and service delivery, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in our Richmond Heights, OH location.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, drive service quality, and manage daily operations to maximize efficiency and customer loyalty. ASE training is provided and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving - customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times in order to test drive customer's vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and compliance with quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues, fostering loyalty.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and efficient vehicle inspections.
