Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking an Auto Service Manager. You will manage customer relationships, coach technicians, hire and train staff, and oversee parts procurement while ensuring service quality and strong customer satisfaction across our California stores.

The role offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for first-time hires and a pay range of $21.85 to $34.14 per hour. Bridgestone emphasizes fair compensation and ongoing ASE certifications.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 year degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience are required.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience is required.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license to test drive vehicles.
