Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Service Manager/Service Writer to lead auto service teams and act as the liaison between technicians and customers. You will supervise technicians, assist with parts purchases, and help drive service sales.

The role requires 4 years of auto service experience, strong people skills, and the ability to recruit and coach staff. A high school diploma is required; a 2-year degree is preferred. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent requirement.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving – customer complaints.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store needs.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current on repair issues.
• Valid automotive driver's license for test drives.

• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
