Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Act as primary contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to foster long-term relationships.
• Develop understanding of store operations, paperwork, and financial transactions to enhance efficiency.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to facilitate product and service sales.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead and coach teammates; recruit technicians as needed.
• Commit to ongoing education in automotive repair.
