Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a skilled Auto Service Manager in the United States. You will manage customer relationships, coach technicians, and coordinate parts purchases while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving - customer complaints.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Teammate and customer/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Develop understanding of business operations in the auto service environment.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to facilitate service sales.
