Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead vehicle technicians, manage customer relationships, and coordinate parts and equipment purchases. You will hire, coach, and schedule staff while upholding quality standards and safety policies.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, proactive communication, and seamless store operations, with a focus on teamwork and service excellence across our automotive service team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license to test drive vehicles.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop understanding of business operations in the auto service environment.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to enhance revenue.
