Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Missouri seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead auto service teams, coach technicians, and manage parts purchases. You will ensure customer satisfaction, supervise scheduling, and drive store performance.

Requirements include 4 years of auto service experience, 1 year in a service manager role, and strong planning and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license required. Competitive pay ranges from $20.60 to $30.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Teammate and customer/communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store needs.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in auto repair.
• Must have a valid automotive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through communication and issue resolution.
• Be primary contact for customer inquiries and build long-term relationships.
• Develop understanding of store operations and financial transactions.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to optimize revenue.
