Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Auto Service Manager in Missouri to lead technicians and uphold outstanding customer service.

You will assign duties, coach staff, and drive quality repairs while coordinating with parts and front-of-house teams. In this role you will recruit, train, and retain a high-performing auto service team, ensure safety and standards, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Teammate and customer/communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians successfully according to store requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions.
