Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Springfield, MO, is seeking a capable Auto Service Manager to lead the service team. You will supervise technicians, coordinate customer interactions, and ensure high quality workmanship while driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Must have valid automotive driver’s license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and thorough vehicle inspections, and facilitate communication between front and back of the shop.
