Responsibilities

• Answering phones and manage calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments following scripts and processes.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of vehicles, financing options and promotions.
• Accurately complete all transaction paperwork.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Attend staff meetings, training and classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
