Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barboursville, WV to deliver an exceptional experience to customers and insurers while supporting the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs, retrieve authorizations, prepare repair order packets, and log communications in CCC One and ARMS. A high school diploma and 1 year of admin or customer service experience are required. This role offers $18.00-$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administration or similar role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and related scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS rental system and align with CCC One data.
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.
