Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Richmond, VA center. You will greet customers, provide extraordinary service, and support insurance partners with authorizations, billing and load level needs.

You will monitor daily work volume and coordinate with rental car and tow partners to deliver one-stop service. We value clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Monitor center workload and make load-level recommendations.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services for one-stop customer care.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load levels.
