International Autos Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to support clients across busy dealership locations. You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to service completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Own the customer experience by performing related tasks to ensure a positive impression.
• Maintain KPI benchmarks such as CSI and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about vehicle service needs and related options.
• Prioritize services to ensure timely dealership visits.
• Ensure a positive dealership experience for every guest.
• Offer concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Invest time in building lasting customer relationships.
