Job summary

International Autos Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to support clients across busy dealership locations. You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to service completion.

• Offer concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer
• Maintainbenchmark or better KPI's such as CSI
• Provide valuable information to the customers regarding their vehicle and how it relates to them
• Put the customer first
• Prioritize required services
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
