Job summary

International Autos Group in the Tinley Park area is seeking a customer service–oriented automotive concierge/advisor to support a busy dealership. You will ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service and act as liaison between technicians and customers, helping build trust and a positive dealership experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service


• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers


• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer


• Maintainbenchmark or better KPI's such as CSI


• Provide valuable information to the customers regarding their vehicle and how it relates to them


• Put the customer first


• Prioritize required services


• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience


• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled


• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
