Responsibilities

• Oversee the drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience by handling those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
