Victory Automotive Group in Marietta, OH seeks a Service Concierge to be the Chief Customer Care Advocate, guiding every customer touchpoint to promote loyalty and growth. You will connect customers with the right manager to ensure top-tier care before, during, and after visits.

You will schedule follow-up calls with vehicle purchasers and service customers, adjust transactions and reimbursements to boost retention, and act as a bridge between the customer and the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to think strategically and evaluate performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to facilitate high satisfaction.
• Maintains strong communication with customers to reduce issues before, during and after a sale/service.
• Maintains a solid follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develops action plans to rectify problems and acts as bridge to the appropriate department.
• Attend department meetings and share feedback on customer experience.
• Provide back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience.
