Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure transparency from check-in to delivery.

• Present estimates, explain repairs, and help customers decide on maintenance.
• Monitor progress and address issues affecting satisfaction or productivity.
• Maintain regular updates and follow-up with customers.
• Support adherence to company processes and standards.
• Collaborate with team to hit sales, productivity, and satisfaction goals.
• Maintain a professional, organized front-office environment.
