Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintains strong communication with customers before, during, and after a sale or service.
• Develops solid follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Creates action plans to rectify problems and bridges between customer and departments.
• Attends department meetings and shares feedback on customer experience.
• Provides back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience.
