Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• Minimum 1 year in service manager or service writer role.
• Strong problem-solving for customer complaints.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train technicians.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Valid driver's license at all times to test drive vehicles.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing automotive training.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign work to auto service staff by skill.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and inspections.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage follow-up.
• Coordinate front/back shop communication to optimize revenue.
