Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Capacity to lead and coach others; strong teammate and customer communication.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have a valid automotive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions, including proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Be primary contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Develop understanding of business operations from paperwork to financial transactions.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front-of-shop to optimize revenue.
