Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and store policies.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and inspections.
• Lead and coach technicians, recruit staff as needed.
