Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• Minimum 1 year in service manager or service writer role.
• Strong problem solving and inventory/scheduling aptitude.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and recruit technicians.
• Willingness to continue education in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties for auto service staff based on skill.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Be primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Manage paperwork, financial transactions and store procedures.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to boost revenue.
• Support seamless store operations and cross-functional collaboration.
