Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead a team of vehicle technicians in a busy auto service environment in Wisconsin. You will supervise, coach and schedule staff while maintaining excellent customer relationships and driving parts and service sales.

The role requires 4 years of auto service experience, 1 year in a supervisory or writer role, and a valid driver's license. A sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay range apply.

Qualifications

• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times.
