• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop service to all customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
