Responsibilities include writing repair orders, communicating with technicians, presenting estimates, and upselling maintenance. Strong automotive knowledge and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service (automotive preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or business training is a plus.

• Knowledge of warranty and service contract guidelines is a plus.
