Job summary

Baker Automotive Group in West Michigan is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join Baker Chevrolet Buick in Coopersville, MI. You will be the primary contact for customers through the service experience, from initial intake to vehicle delivery.

You will assess concerns, review multi-point inspections, and present clear, value-driven recommendations while maintaining open communication with technicians. This is a full-time role with no weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership or repair center is helpful.
• Professional and clear communication with customers.
• Strong organization to manage a high-volume service lane.
• CDK Dealer Management System experience is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers from intake to delivery.
• Assess vehicle concerns, review inspections, and present value-driven recommendations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Ensure timely and organized documentation of estimates, RO, and warranty compliance.
• Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
