Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow.
• Communicate vehicle issues and recommended services.
• Prepare and present service estimates to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
