Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and collaborate with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service from write-up through vehicle delivery.
• Maximize service sales by presenting maintenance and repair options to customers.
• Schedule technician time to meet department sales and productivity goals.
