Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a service advisory role, knowledge of CDK and MPI, and a customer-first attitude. Spanish/English bilinguals are a plus; Ford experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a service advisor role at a dealership.
• Dealership experience and solid automotive knowledge.
• CDK and MPI system knowledge required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Ford experience preferred.
• Paycom experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Establish and communicate realistic follow-up and completion times.
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide frequent status updates to customers.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers in a clear, professional manner.
