Qualifications

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of service writing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed; input and maintain customer information.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Prioritize items for customers and make educated recommendations.
