Job summary

Rod Baker Ford is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in through repair completion. Prior experience not required, but automotive service experience is a plus, with training provided.

You will greet customers, prepare accurate repair orders and estimates, and communicate recommended services.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with service management software.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
• Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
