Review and write repair instructions, provide labor and parts estimates, and coordinate with dispatch to track progress, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect vehicle and customer data.
• Determine service needs and upsell labor, parts, and accessories.
• Provide clear repair instructions and labor/parts estimates.
• Communicate with dispatch on job status and completion.
• Coordinate with warranty companies to obtain approvals.
