AutoNation Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and service technicians in our automotive service departments. You will explain repair recommendations in plain language and identify upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and customers informed.

From appointment setting to follow-up, you will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty while achieving targeted sales goals and delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Greet customers warmly and assess vehicle needs through walk-arounds and tests.
• Explain technician recommendations in clear terms and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare repair orders with cost estimates and timelines, maintaining transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to keep work on track.
• Follow up with customers about status and satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Develop product knowledge to better assist customers.
