Stamford Subaru seeks a self-motivated Service Advisor to enhance our service team and own the customer experience. You will be the first contact, fluent in explaining repair processes, scheduling, and product offerings.

Responsibilities include meeting with customers, building relationships, monitoring vehicle progress, and supporting technicians to ensure efficient, ethical service and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive service advisor and client relations experience.
• Own the customer's experience and be the first contact for service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee relations.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions.
• Oversee the technician team, manage time, parts ordering, and job completion times.
• Oversee and participate in quality control.
• Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.
