Stocker Subaru in Central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will be the primary contact for customers, document vehicle concerns, prepare repair orders, and coordinate repairs with technicians.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive dealership service, demonstrates superb communication and multi-tasking skills, and maintains a professional, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously.
• Experience with dealership management systems and manufacturer warranty processes.

Responsibilities
