Jones Family of Dealerships in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers in our service department. You will accurately document vehicle concerns, explain service needs, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely repairs.

The ideal candidate brings solid automotive knowledge, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. You will prepare estimates, update customers on progress, and ensure a smooth, positive service experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles and common issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service needs.
• Provide clear explanations and recommendations for necessary repairs and routine maintenance.
• Prepare and communicate repair estimates, including cost and expected completion time.
• Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
