The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least three years of service-writing experience, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years’ experience writing service orders or related training.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations with all existing and future clients and businesses.
• Plan and coordinate known appointments that will be arriving the next day.
• Answer service calls and follow up in a timely manner.
• Promote labor, parts, sublet services and accessories to meet the customer’s needs.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates and completion times.
• Review repair orders and ensure correct billing and coding.
• Maintain customer satisfaction inquiry scores above national average.
