Job summary

Warren Henry Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers on arrival in the service drive and determine vehicle service needs. You will provide excellent customer service, manage appointments, and communicate service progress and estimates clearly to customers.

The role requires handling multi-tasking in a fast-paced dealership environment, maintaining CSI standards, and promoting associated services and protections.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years’ experience writing service with a highline dealership.
• Strong reading, writing, and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to calculate discounts, taxes, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify information upon arrival.
• Provide accurate estimates and preferred completion times.
• Promote labor, parts, and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer service files and CSI standards.
• Follow up on repairs and communicate progress to customers.
• Coordinate appointments and manage service reservations using the system.
