Job summary

Warren Henry Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and coordinate vehicle maintenance. You will work with the service team to deliver accurate estimates and ensure timely communication with customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and spell for repair orders and professional email communication.
• Ability to present information professionally to management, employees and customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and determine service needs, providing excellent service.
• Plan and coordinate appointments; set appointments using Xtime center and maintain reservations.
• Promote labor, parts, sublet services and accessories to meet customer needs.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates and completion times.
• Process after hours drop-off and towed vehicles; prepare pickup/delivery for drivers.
