Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document service concerns and repair requests.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain shop workflow.
• Prepare and explain repair estimates, recommended services, and costs.
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnosis, repair status, and timelines.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and obtain approval for additional services when needed.
• Review completed work orders with customers and answer questions regarding repairs performed.
• Process invoices and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
• Promote maintenance programs and additional services that benefit the customer.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional service department.
