Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in MA is seeking a full-time Customer Service professional at Quirk Highline Genesis in BRAINTREE. You will greet customers, write Repair Orders, and provide cost estimates for labor and parts in person.

Responsibilities include detailing vehicle concerns, monitoring repair progress, and communicating changes to customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Benefits include health, dental/vision, 401K, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges.
• Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day.
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts.
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
• Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
