Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking a Service Advisor to join its active service department in a busy New England dealership group. This role focuses on greeting customers, writing repair orders, explaining charges, and documenting concerns during vehicle inspections.

You will provide accurate labor and parts estimates, track repair progress, and keep customers informed of any changes to costs or timelines while promoting excellent customer service and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges.
• Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day.
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts.
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
• Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor
